We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing visually stunning and user-friendly websites that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience. As a Web Designer, you will work closely with our marketing and development teams to conceptualise, design, and implement innovative web solutions that meet our business objectives.

Responsibilities

Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative vision.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or similar design tools.
Solid understanding of HTML, SCSS, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to hand-code clean and efficient markup.
Experience with responsive design techniques and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Hubspot, Wix, WooCommerce).
Optimize website performance and load times through efficient design and coding techniques.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs as needed.
Develop responsive and mobile-friendly designs that provide an optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes.

Qualifications

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product.
Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
